MLS question
Because you are all always so helpful.....
I remember someone saying that you could tell how long a house has been on the market by the MLS number. I am looking at a house that I know was re-listed, so it now shows as a recent listing, but the printout of the old listing starts with the #185.
Can anyone guess when this was listed? thanks!

Someone had mentioned a while ago that a house thatthey offered on back in August was listed with a 186 number.
SO I would say June or July 2006.
