I need to get back on Weight Watchers
I did so great when I lived in NY. I lost over 30 pounds. Moved to FL and gained 25 pounds. 
I need Weight Watchers motivation.
I dont go to the gym, barely have time to eat and work such crazy hours that i dont know when i do get to really sit and eat a meal.
I need to get back on track.
HELP!!

i know i should but they arent really conveinant times for me to go. My only days off are Sundays and Mondays and their are no meetings on those days. The days they do have meetings I work. My schedule is 10 - 7 and all the meetings are during that time. And the meetings are about $20 a meeting.
FL is not the best WW state 
Though I have been trying with my co-workers as a support group but my 10 - 7 day is really 8:00am - 8pm. Get home and it's too late to really eat dinner.
I have such a terrible eating habbits

Have you tried WW online?? I know a couple of people that have had success with it.

I did WW online a while ago and it was pretty good. They have a message board that has a ton of people on it and so many tips!!

I did not even think about doing it on line. I am going to look into that. I have all my journals and my books

I am on it sort of...watching what I eat but not the points.. I need to start doing the points again since I am still paying to get weighed.
