Sweet Potato?
How do you prepare sweet potatoes (same as yams, right?)? I love sweet potatoes, and they were on sale, so I bought some. Do I just bake them? If so, for how long/temp? I don't really like them with sugar or anything, just plain.
Can you tell I don't cook?

I did mine in the microwave the other night. I washed it, stuck a fork in it a bunch of times, hit the potato button one time and it came out a few minutes later. DH insisted on wrapping it in tin foil saying it had to be done that way, but I don't think it did. It was yummy.

Sweet Potato Chips!
I cut them into thin circles
spray them with the olive oil mister
Sprinkle with Kosher Salt and fresh ground pepper
Bake at 400 for about 15-25 minutes until crisp.

I either microwave it for about 5 minutes, or I cut it up into wedges, dab some olive oil, rosemary and paprika and bake for about 40 mins.

I love them like this. I like to bake them until soft and then mash with sour cream.

I make them like french fries, but baked in the over with a little cajun pepper on them. So good!!!!

a peel and slice them in half or quarters
put them in a pyrex baking dish with orange juice and a little maple syrup
and sprinkle with brown sugar
bake for 40 mins --
