I take a Pepcid just about every day because it seems like no matter what I eat I get heartburn.

I am taking EVERYTHING - I think I have had two rolls of rolaids the past 2 days - it doesnt even make a dent in it!

The heartburn is getting to me too!!!!! I also have reflux on top of that - so sometimes I will wake up choking, its such a horrible feeling.
Maybe try drinking some milk? Thats what my mom told me. I haven't tried it yet though.

I have reflux too already, thank goodness so far my heartburn has been mild, but I can't wait to start taking my nexium again.
What helps with my reflux is not lay down at all after eating for about an hr, try to stay away from greasy, spicy, acididy foods. I actually started a food diary so I could pinpoint my trigger foods.

OMG i was suffering so bad with heartburn and reflux until my dr. gave me a prescription for Nexium. It is a miracle drug.
