Poor little Pais...
Our little one, Paisley, had an allergic reaction yesterday. Both eyes swelled up HUGE in a matter of minutes, and her cheeks. Off we went to the emergency room. DH and I have no idea what she ate or if she was stung (doc said she though she ate something.) After some benedryll and steroids she was ok. Scary! When we got home we hunted for what it could have been...still no clue. But she is 100% better this morning, just has to take a few doses of children's bendryll for the next 1-2 days.

Aww - poor little girl!
Where is the springfield animal clinic? we take katie to southpaws... but that's a bit far for emergency visits.

It's off of Backlick Rd, next to the Outback Steakhouse (across from some sort of skate board shop.) Does that help? I took Piper there once too when she had an eye issue, same doc helped up, a very young, sweet lady vet. And the prices aren't outrageous. I was expecting (and ready because you do whatever it takes for you furbabies) to pay more than $200 for Paisley's visit. With meds and everything it was just over $100, not too bad.
