Cook up some shrimp with garlic and EVOO and toss with 1 cup whole wheat pasta and some brocolli.
Or as a variation, try Spaghetti Squash as a replacement for pasta. It is soo good!
Cooking method 1 (oven): Cut squash in half (remove seeds) and cook it face down on a baking sheet at about 375 for about 40 minutes, or just throw it in there whole for a longer time, but the timing and temperature depend on the size of the squash, your oven, and your patience. Use fork to scrape the insides of squash to form strands. Place in large bowl.
Cooking Method2 (microwave):
PIERCE squash several times with fork or sharp knife to allow steam to escape. Microwave on HIGH 12 min. or until tender, turning over after 6 min. Let stand 5 min.
CUT squash in half. Remove and discard seeds. Use fork to scrape insides of squash to form strands; place in large bowl.

Stay away from chinese......very high on sodium! Awesome about your weightloss! Keep up the good work!
