Need suggestions- work related
I could use some ideas.
I manage a group of 4 employees, 2 of which have been out on disability for the past 2 weeks. (Strange coincidence, I know!)
The 2 remaining women who work for me have really stepped up to the plate and done a fantasic job covering. They both have taken on a major work load without one complaint and they have done an amazing job! I don't know how I could have gotten through these past few weeks without them.
So I want to do something nice for them to show my apprecation. One of them is on a major diet so I don't want to buy bagels or donuts or lunch or anything like that because I know she won't eat it.
Any ideas for something I can do for them or buy them as small token of appreciation?

why don't you take them out to lunch tomorrow - place of their choice. I think they would really like that.

All great ideas ladies! Thanks! 
Now I just have to decide on one of them.
I know my boss used to give me a day off on him as a reward for a job well done.
I might do that (after the other 2 ladies get back from disability that is!  ) as well as do flowers or a gift card or something!

We had this thing at my old job called See Ya Cards. It bascially was a reward of a 1/2 day off to take whenever you wanted.

I would do flowers and then in the card tell them ud like to thank them witha day off of there choice when the others return :)

I would give each of them a comp day, give them a gift certificate for something or an amex certificate and send them something to the office like flowers or something yummy.

Thanks all! I think I will definitely give them a comp day and send them a gift basket or something to the office.
I was looking on 1-800 flowers.com and they have a great little gift basket with assorted teas, etc. The one woman who is dieting is a big tea drinker so that would be great for her!
For the other one I will probably do a candy gift basket from there- she has a real sweet tooth!

If you want to do something different than flowers, you should do edible arrangements...its fruit arrangments...they are really beautiful...and the lady on the major diet could enjoy it, b/c its healthy.
