How to get out of a weight loss plateau?
I follow points, eat a lot of fruits and veggies, I do cardio (spinning class) 2-3 x a week, a little strength training 1 x a week. But my weight is the same.
What am I doing wrong?

-decrease your fruit intake, add protein in it's place. eat less fruit. -add more weight trainning days to your schedule. -change out your cardio, do 2 days of spin and one day of sprints, or running, or something else. increase your weights as you get stronger. -eat clean foods, ie. foods that are not processed and are in their natural state, like tuna, steel cut oats instead of packaged oatmeal, cottage cheese, eggs, etc. -eat all natural foods, no high fructose corn syrup or other high glycemic sweeteners, cut out all 'enriched' ingredients. read the labels.
if you take on these habits you will see a significant change in how your body looks and feels.
Hope this helps! Good luck

Re: How to get out of a weight loss plateau?
Well, I added more protein this week to my breakfast by adding eggs, and I cut out my bread from lunch today.
I got on the scale this morning and not only lost a pound, but I'm down to a weight lower than the weight I've been at during my plateau. I'm finally making progress!
