I was at the hair salon and saw...
ads for eyeLASH perming and coloring!!!!!
What is going on in this world? Why should women feel the need to do these things????

My BF gets her eyelashes permed. She's been doing this for years.

I have considered lash tinting many times. I cannot wear any mascara and I have tried them all. It would be great to find something non-irritating but for all I know, these things are also irritating.

Many of them are. You can do a patch test behind your ear, but the skin there is not as sensitive as on your eye lid.

can someone tell me why you'd perm eyelashes? I have NEVER heard of this!
i have heard of coloring eyebrows -- which I think is fairly common -- and i have done it too. but, i've never heard of coloring eyelashes. Wow! I'd be nervous to have chemicals so close to my eye!

you would perm your eyelashes to get a "permanent" curl in them to make them look longer and fuller...instead of having to use an eyelash curler everyday.
