flecs of brown in spit up?
I have noticed that Bryan has some brown specs in his spit up recently it is still white but with some med brown flecks looks kinda like chocolate? He is otherwise doing great does anyone know what this is?
eta: he is exclusively breastfed

I've never seen anything that wasn't white or clear in her spit up. (I also EBF) I'd give the pediatrician a call to be on the safe side.

could be some blood from cracked nipples if you have them....but call dr.
