Chicago hotels??
Anyone know any hotels in downtown Chicago that aren't too expensive??
Going in August but seems that every decent hotel is very pricey!

try comfort inn and suites on ohio, near espn zone. it's clean and comparably cheaper.

We stayed at the Marriot on Magnif. Mile and it was Very nice! right in the heart of chicago-near the shopping, near Espn zone, near good restaurants and a taxi ride away from museums

i found rates for $199 a night at the intercontinental on michigan ave - never stayed there before - that is booking from their site - when you click on the more info link the price goes down - at least it is for my dates

i stayed here once. its not all its cracked up to be - but it is centrally located that you can get to everything.
