Anyone do the CORE plan on WW???
I am going to try this. I wanted any imput from people who have used it. TIA

I've done it. If you love the foods that you can have on that plan - then it will be great.
I did lose weight a little faster, but I found I got bored quicker. The breakfasts are what killed me. I hated using my flex points for an english muffin or cereal.

I couldnt understand how it works... someone told me you could go back and forth, and do core one week and points the next...

I would equate it to Phase two of the South Beach Diet. It is very similar but it does have it's differences.
You can switch back and fourth between the flex and core programs. I would suggest following one plan for at least two weeks before switching off to the other.

Well after this week I am done with CORE....my stomach is bad right now and it is due to eating all of the fiber rich foods

I just joined last week and was planning on doing CORE, but I was surprised at how few things you can eat (no hard cheese ) so I went to FLEX - much easier to manage.
