what funny little things do your pets do?

my cat has decided he HATES my hair in a pony tail- when I am laying down- he trys to pull it out with his teeth- it hurts!

and he loves when my toes are painted- he tries to eat them

(he is really into good grooming I guess... )

my calico cat is crazy. She balances on the back of the living room chair and attacks her tail through the hole in the back of the chair we call it her balancing act. She also attacks her tail for no rason at all and gets mad at it. I guess she doesn't realise it belongs to her.

Oh where to begin..
As soon as Cooper gets into bed with us (yes, we're terrible Fur-parents and let him sleep with us) he has to roll over and over like a maniac...
He likes to sprawl out in doorways.. it's so wierd, Ill turn the corner and there he is just hanging out in the bathroom doorway...

our puppy Morgan stalks us and our other dog..like a lion would stalk their prey...its really funny...she crouches down and creeps so slowly towards you..then WHAM...she starts running around like a maniac...its the funniest thing

ETA: Jessi used to bury her treats in the couch cushions, under her bed and even behind us if we were sitting on the couch! It was so funny to watch..I'm kinda sad she doesn't do it anymore

When something is out of place or new Katie's reaction is to bark at it.
Katie discovers a tripod

If she is bored she will start rolling around on the carpet and growl and bark.

If you put a sweater or a shirt on her she won't move.

She pounces and paws on toys like a cat

When we are playing fetch, she crouches and stands in a pointer position until you throw the ball
And if you don't throw it fast enough, she turns around and gives you a dirty look

When we first got her, she used to leap over the pavers, instead of walking on them - total OCD

She does the zoomies on the hardwood floors and ALWAYS slides and crashes into the cabinet - I feel so bad for her


She has a doll that she shakes back and forth so hard, she smacks herself in the face, then she growls at it

Scout rearranges all his toys and his beds -- he moves them from place to place but doesn't really "play" with them....just moves them all over!!

He LOVES when I put his training collar on him in the morning...He'll rub on me and fall onto his back, roll over, and be so HAPPY to get his training collar put on him...which is really weird!

He HAS to be between me and the cabinets when I am in the kitchen. I can take a step over to use the sink and he will get up and move over. It is so hard to cook these days!!

He rings the bells hanging on the door when he wants to go out - but we kind of taught him to do this.

He's still young, so he doesn't have a lot of "habits" just yet.

There are so many things that Oscar does. Dachshunds are the clowns of the dog world!!

He walks along the back of the couch, like a cat would.

He plays fetch with himself, either by flinging the toy across the room, or dropping it from the couch.

When I call his name and he is really comfortable, I can see his ears twitch, so I know he hears me, but he lays there really still as if no one has said a thing.

Everytime my husband and I get close and kiss he squeezes himself in between us or if there is no room he stands next to us making weird human wailing noises

Steals paper towels and other paper products from the garbage and eats them

Loves to be pet when we're in the bathroom either blowdrying our hair or sitting on the bowl

Asks to be pet by actually trying to grab you with his paw

Loves to play with his indestructible ball while at the same time getting so extremely pi$$ed at not being to actually grab it...my neighbors love to watch him play and get furious at that ball...he is so loud when he barks and wails at it...its hysterical though and the love it...whatever rocks their boat.

Bella love to chill out in the bath tub if we leave the bathroom door open. She just rolls around in it, yet when we ask her if she wants a bath, she runs the other way.

She is scared of the dark, when we walk her at night she flinches and jumps at everything, even the wind blowing. This only happens at night.

She also has what we call temper tamtums, she rolls over and over on the floor or on a bed and barks and whines!!

Bella gives hugs when we come home. she gets mad if you don't get on your knees fast enough, because when you do, she will put her front paws over your shoulders and will hug you!!

Misty has to sleep in between DH and I, almost like a person with her head on the pillow.
She also does the stalking thing when she sees a cat or squirrel. She won't move for almost a minute and then steps so cautiously so as not ot make a sound.
She groans three or four times when she's curled up with one of us, just to let us know she's comfy.
Her bones or stinky feet always have to be in front of her on the couch.

When Espresso and Misty play, Espresso almost always starts it. He walks up to her, bats her with his paw and runs away so she will chase him.

I better stop now before my post is two pages long.

My kitten loves to take over my whole pillow at nite and do happy feet in my hair.

My other cat is pretty normal.

my kitty Pesto LOVES when we play with him with the laser pointer....he chases it all over the place. We call it "kitty crack" and when I stop...he will come over to me...stand on his hind legs and pet me....as if to say..."ok...where is the crack?" so I have to play with him more!!

Bella used to hide bones in my large planters in the house. She would dig deep, throwing the dirt all over the place and hide the bone. It was cute, but a pain to keep cleaning it up.

She will bring us a toy and if we ignore her, she will pick it up and put it more on your body. Like if you are sitting on the couch, she will first put it at your feet. If you ignore her, she'll put it on your lap, etc. Very persistant.

She has this disgusting habit of taking used tissues out of the garbage and shredding them. She knows we don't like this, so she will slink ever so quietly into the bathroom, take a tissue and then slowly walk past us with her head down. All we have to do is say, ' eh ' and she will drop the tissue and turn on her back. Again, very cute, but gross.

She does the zoomies with my older dog, but he will just stand in one position while she will run like a maniac all around the house at full speed, stop so close to him with her face touching him, and for no reason be off again running, only to come back. I LOVE watching that. I can just imagine what my older dog is thinking...lol.

One of mine loves to be pet when I am drying my hair too, as soon as it hears the dryer in the morning he's up off the bed and rubbing against me, he also likes it when I aim the hairdryer at his back, loves the warmth of it.

One of my others is ball/fecth obsessed, he's always bringing you something to throw for him and looks so sad and dejected when you refuse it. If you say "no" when he tries to give you something to throw he'll turn around, walk to the other end of the room and come right back and try again!

Not that this is funny but my dog so far is the weirdist!!
I cant go to the bathroom without her. She is a 6lb little yorkie and if I close the door she scratches at it and cries for me to let her in. I actually have scratch marks on the wood door 3 inches off the ground!!
