Re: recipe help...

In a pinch, you can just follow the directions on the back of the box of ziti noodles. That's my basic way, and I just add extra stuff for flavor if I use jarred sauce (garlic, onions, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt & pepper).

Re: recipe help...

i use one i found on kraft.com.... its really simple and comes out really well! basically, you boil the ziti- drain it, then dump in a jar of sauce, a container of ricotta, a package of shredded mozz, and a little bit of water;... mix it all together and then bake it for like 30 minutes i think.

Re: recipe help...

I use homemade sauce, but you could substitute with a good jarred sauce.

cook pasta. Mix with sauce, some ricotta cheese, mozarella. Make the blend as cheesy or saucy as you like.

put in baking dish, sprinkle top with mozarella, and bake till sauce/cheese mixture bubbles/cheese is melted on top.

Can be frozen after cooked and cooled as well.

That's how I make mine too. You can add parm cheese to the mixture too. Measurements all depend on how saucy or cheesy you like it.
