Re: WW weekly weigh in

Thanks Janice, you are the best. I feel like I have my own personal cheerleader. Thanks for the suggestions. I have been eating A LOT of smart ones. I cook a couple of times a week. I work FT and have a 5 month old, so its quick and easy. My husband really doesn't care for the fat-free recipes. Whats with men and fat-free? They don't like it before they even taste it! Chat Icon I am also making lasagna this weekend but we are having company so I don't think I'll do the FF route. I am actually looking forward to treating myself. When do you WI? YOu have been doing great also! Thanks.

Hi Ladies,
I'm sorry I haven't been posting in a while. Things are so hectic around here. I just wanted to congratulate EVERYBODY on their amazing successes! It seems like you are all doing so well on the program!

I made "lifetime" last week, and am working hard at keeping at my goal weight. Even though I haven't been checking in and posting as often, I've been thinking about you ladies. Keep up the great work everyone!!!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I went this morning for WI, I only lost .8 this week, which brought me to 12 lbs. I have about 7lbs left until goal. I can't complain about the .8 because I was bad this week with cheating :)

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Weighed in today, I lost .8
It is coming off sooooooo slowly now. But I am at a loss of about 42 pounds. I want to stop at 50, but DH thinks it is time to stop now. We'll see. I am sticking with WW anyway.

Just came back from WI, down .4 as well, so that is 8.4 in 4 weeks. I have to start working out again. I was giving it a rest because of my sciatic, which is feeling much better.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I have not been posting because I got stuck and haven't been losing...I gained 1lb back this week and I went out to lunch today and ate some fried food. I'm feeling stuck and very unmotivated!!!!
I need help getting back into the swing of things. I lost 11 lbs already and I only have 9 to go but I just need to restart myself.

Chat Icon Don't sweat it, take out your food journal right now and write out what you feel on it.

On mine for what I did Sunday:
Out of control
So not worth it
Felt so much better before dinner

I tried to be a fun wife and go out with DH and some low life friends, they pick the place, some all you can eat chinese buffet. It was crap. Such a waste of flex points.

I was in such a mood yesterday too, but I woke up today, and said I let it, now I have to forget it!! 11 lbs already!! you are close, to close to look back. remember how you are feeling, and just take the rest of the week as your fresh start. Drink all your water and get it out of your system. And you must report, no matter what the outcome of your next WI. use us. I want to post something so great on saturday after my next WI. I want to be in the Christy/Melissa category. I refuse to adopt Christy's 5 yr old!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon You know what to do, or you would never have gotten a bookmark plus. Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Thanks Janice you are the best! I keep thinking about the pizza I had last night, and the french fries, mozz stick, and spinach dip I just picked on a lunch time and I feel sick!!!
You are right I just have to keep going and start fresh right now. I just got a tall glass of water, LOL.
It's just so frustrating at times. I wish I just had a body where I could eat anything. But, unfortunately I have to watch everything!!!! You know what they say..a minute on the lips forever on the hips, LOL.
THANK YOU!!!

Kris, don't I know it. It is not fair. But after the last couple of years, it is something that I realize I can't change, have to embrace it and either eat for that minute, and HATE the way I look, or eat right, feel better, and kind of think I look better. I am glad you posted. Yesterday I felt like I blew it on sunday, but after reading you post and realizing, nothing is blown, it was one day out of the 30 days I put into it. Guilt kills me more then the scale ever would.

You are so right. A few days of blowing it compared to the 60 I have put into it puts it all into perspective. I just have to turn it aroudn and accept the fact that I may gain again this Saturday but I can start changing NOW.
Let me know if you need more motivation!!!Chat Icon Chat Icon
