Yeah!!! I had my 10th week WI last night. I swore all weekend I was going to gain because my sister was in town and she took us out to eat all weekend. I went out to Fuddruckers and had a burger and fries, an Italian restaurant and had 2 mozz. sticks and half a chicken parm. dinner, IHOP (breakfast), and Chili's!!! Oh, pizza too. I didn't get to eat my fruit and drink all my water on Sunday either. I can't believe I actually lost! I was hoping for only 1.4 lbs so I can reach 25lbs, but to my surprise I lost 3.2 lbs!!! So now in 10 weeks I've lost 26.8 lbs!!! I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!!! I don't know what my goal weight should be. Anywhere from 135-145lbs. YEAH!!! Sorry... just so happy!!!

Wow good for you, that's great!!! You should be so excited!!! It just shows that you can eat everything, you just have to count it!!! great job--you are making me want to go get weighed in!!

Well I went for my WI today, and I gained .6. I'm kind of bummed because I followed my points and didn't touch the extra 35. The woman at the meeting told me that I need to eat all my points every day (which I'm not) plus the 35.
Does anyone eat all of those points each week?

You are doing an amazing job! You are losing way faster than I ever did! WOOHOO! Do you workout a lot?

I never eat my extra 35 points, I gain if I touch them. I eat all of my daily points though. Also if I exercise I do not eat activity points... ETA: .6 is not a bad gain, that was me last week. You will make it up this week. Maybe change some of the foods you eat. Mix it up a bit.

Thanks Christy! You made me feel better. I am trying to add some good fat also. Like for breakfast I just had a 1 pt. english muffin with a slice of regular american cheese. I have to exercise!!! After you gained the .6, did you lose the next week?

Thanks everyone!
I workout 4 days a week. I do 30 min. of Taebo 2-3 times a week, weights only 2 times, once for upper body and once for lower body, and cardio at the gym about 2 times everyweek.
I usually eat half of my flex points every week, and I eat my AP points also. This past week I ate 5-6 pts more than I usually do in with the Flex points.

Ok today I weighed in and lost 2.2! I made up for my slight gain last week! I am at a loss of about 39 pounds now. Keep up the good work everyone!

I'm getting really frustrated, I just finished my 2nd week at WW & am losing SO slowly. 1st week down .8 & 2nd week down .6. I am journaling, excercising a little ( i will increase this week) & barely using any flex points. I guess I have to focus on drinking water too, some days it's so hard! Any suggestions to increase the loss? Thanks

Definately drink the water!!! After a while you get used to it...but it makes such a difference. It really flushes you out. Good Luck!!!

I know how you feel. I'm been on WW for 6 weeks now and have only lost 6lbs...that's about 1lb a week !!!! Definitely up your water intake, it really does help. Hang in there, the weight is coming off, just slowy.

Thanks! I will definitely work on the water, I actually just bought one of those big plastic cups from ww, you're supposed to drink 2, and thats all your water for the day. It'll be easier for me to keep track of how much I drink. I also started Windsor pilates, love it!

Ok... went to WI tonight. I lost 1.4 lbs even with TOM! Total so far is 28.2 in 11 weeks. I'm hoping to get to 30lbs by next Monday so it'll make it 30lbs in 3 months! Oh... I just remembered that there is no meeting because of Labor Day? I hate having to WI on a different day because my weight won't be accurate because it will be a different day and time. Oh well... what can you do?

I eat all my AP's and half my flex points. Sometimes a few more than half.
I never used to eat all my AP's, but since I've been, I've been losing a little bit more each week I think.
Thanks for the support... it means a lot when you're trying to lose weight!
Now if I had join WW a year ago when I first started trying to lose weight!
Anyway... now just to decide on a goal weight. I definitely want to get to 140lbs which would only be 10.2 lbs. Then I'm not sure if I should try to lose more or not. I'm just shooting for the 140lb mark right now.

Congratulations you are doing so well!! It keeps me motivated to read about everyone here! I'm going tonight to WI...I don't feel like I lost, I'm actually feeling kind of bloated :(
