Silly WW question
I started WW online last week - and I have one question. This week I've been really stressed and haven't really been able to eat much. I keep falling short of my "target" points every day by like 5 or 6 points.
Is this bad for any reason?

My WW leader says you are supposed to eat your points daily or your body will start hoarding fat for energy. That said, I always stop 2 points shy of my allotted points just in case I miscalculated something and would otherwise go over. I guess it works... I'm down 21 pounds in 4 months!

Congrats on your weight loss. And thanks for the information. I thought I remembered hearing that from a friend who did WW a few years ago, but couldn't remember exactly what it was.
