Anyone know the policy?

I have four items.

One I have the gift receipt and tag for so I am assuming I'll be ok.

One I have no gift receipt but I do have a tag.

Two I have no gift receipt, and no tag (it was a gift). Unused, still in box.

Anyone know thier policy on returning this stuff? All I want is merchandise credit so I can purchase something.
