Now that its hot - where are all your cats sleeping???
Stormy (my big fat gray cat) has decided to sleep in our closet - on top of all of our shoes!!!

Either the bathroom floor (tiles are cool) or right outside our bedroom door, where they get the breeze from the AC from underneath.

For some reason Lucy chooses to sleep under the eave in the attic - which is a good 15-20 degrees hotter than the house (being that we have the cac running). I literally pulled her off the floor the other day - she was limp in my arms and licking her 'lips' - to bring her downstairs.
She is a chocolate brown cat who isn't happy unless she's in the sun-spot or in a really hot place. Go figure

funny, i found my Lincoln sleeping in the closet today!
When he came waltzing out, I said to him "So, Mr.Lincoln..it's about time you came out of the closet as a Gay Cat-American"

We have the AC on so same places as usual, but they are stretching out on the kitchen floor (ceramic tile) during the day

His favorite position is on his back with all 4 paws in the air. I have to nudge him with my foot to make sure he's still alive. But, if it keeps the fat cat cool, I guess I can't complain...
