Need a new leg workout
I TOTALLY blew out my knees kickboxing, have had surgery to correct and remove cartilage but now have arthritis on top of everything else
I am going crazy trying to find a way to work my legs without putting too much stress on my knees.

did you talk to your dr? There are many nonimpant exercises, wall squats, inner/outter thigh lifts, using bands, etc....but I would consult with your dr prior!

Yes go to PT 2x a week, but as someone who loved to work legs I am having a hard time adjusting. I do wall squats with a stability ball, seated leg extensions with an ankle weight and other resistance training. I just miss my old ways

be patient and give it time to heal. You don't want to injure yourself and further delay the recovery. Hang in there!
