What an amazing story. I'm sorry you weren't able to have a natural birth like you wished. In the end, you have a beautiful healthy little girl, and we all know that's the only thing that matters.
Congratulations to you & your DH. What a beautiful family!!

Wow, thats amazing! Is that normal to have problems dialating after having that type of procedure? I had stage 3 displaysia(sorry I have no idea how to spell that!) and had to have a LEEP procedure done, this was about 8 months after having my son 6 years ago. Should I be worried? BTW congrats on your beautiful baby!

Beautiful!!
I know that mix of emotions of laboring for so long naturally and ending with a c/s. I'm glad that things are going well for you, even though recovery is tough!

Thank you for sharing. This is the first birth story that actually scares the sh!t out of me. I cant imagine going thru that for 16 hrs and then to have a c-section than an infection. You are strong!!!

NO! Please don't let it scare you!!  It actually wasn't all that bad. Reading it sounds much worse than it was, trust me. Even when I read the story I go OMG!
