I'm on a interview panel next Friday...
Has anyone ever done one of these? I know I'm interviewing for our new reading teacher, and that i'll have a specific question to ask, but is there anything else I could do?

When I did this to interview my potential principal, I was given a specific question to ask to all applicants.
There wasnt anything else I did but ask the question
Afterward the superintendent made us fill out a response sheet for each applicant gaging our feelings, reactions about each one

I was just on one too, we were interviewing for a first grade position, we each go a question to ask, and then after the person left we ranked them on a scale of 1-5. You are in FCPS right? I wonder if the questions are the same?

I was on an interview committee once and the assistant principal asked everyone the same question... if you had unlimited funds for your classroom, what would you do with the money?
