Hotels in Strasburg, PA

We're going to Strasburg, PA, for the Day Out with Thomas.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to stay?

P.S. Netherlands and Red Caboose are both sold out for Saturday, but available for Sunday. Would it be worth still doing 1 night at those places?

If your kids are really into trains then you really should stay at the Red Caboose... def. not the highest class accomodations but my kids LOVED the fact that we were sleeping in a train and they could watch Thomas drive by all the time.... we also stayed at the Lancaster Host and we liked it there... while you are in Strasburg you should go to the train museum across the street from the train station, they have tons of HUGE trains inside and it's really cool
