Does anyone sew?
We just moved into a new house and I've had this crazy idea that I can sew my own window treatments! When I was a kid I sewed a few things with my mom, but it's been a long time! I think this might be over my head. So tell me, honestly, how hard is it to sew?

I am a beginning sewer and I must say that I love it! You can do it. Drapes are pretty easy because there are straight lines! I made tab-top valances and cafe curtains for my kitchen and eat-in area. I used a combination of fusible web and top stitching. I will try to find a picture. FM me if you have questions. Have fun!
