Hi all,

New member here! A transplant from LIW!

DH and I are looking a cottage size home to rent. Utilities are not included so we would need to pay for water,electric,garbage,cable,heat,tv and internet.

Can those of you with smaller home let me know how much you pay approx for each. We just want to get a ballpark so we can compare to other apts.

We don't have a cottage but we have a smaller 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch. This is what we pay.

water-$30-$40/3 months
electric-$81/month on budget
garbage-included in our taxes
cable/internet/phone-$133/month
oil-$138/month on budget
