I will give approximate amounts, you can increase or decrease as you like
1 lb or ground beef 1/4 lb of ground pork 1/4 lb of ground veal 1 egg bread crumbs good grated cheese parsley ground pepper I use Mrs Dash (I do not use salt) finely chopped onion finely chopped garlic
I mix all together and roll into balls. Fry the balls, until browned on the outside but will still be raw on the inside, then drop into a post of sauce to finish cooking.
enjoy!

I can't give exact amounts to use because I never measure, but, here goes:
ground beef or turkey 1 egg parmesan cheese garlic salt garlic powder seasoned bread crumbs and whatever sauce you are using, add this to the mixture. It will keep them moist and adds flavor.
