I teach and have been in the same room for about 3 years now. My teaching partner ( i do math science he does ela social) has always been next to me to make it easy fo kids to go from room to room. This year for some reason i was paired up with a different partner about three rooms away. Now they want us to either go back to our origional partner or someone has to move rooms in order for everyone to be next to each other. We all agreed to keep our partners an move room but NOONE is willing to move except me! I am not saying its ideal but you do what you have to do.. someone has to move so whatver. But these people are being sooo stubborn...ugh I am thinking am i wrong? am i too nice? too flexible?

I am like that also. I try not to make a mountain out of a mole hill. I would probably just let the rest of them fight it out if you dont really care.

They're only making themselves look bad and you look better. If it were a situation where it made you look like a pushover, my answer would be different... but this just shows that you aren't petty and won't make something small into a huge problem.

I work for a big bank and we move cubes and offices all the time. It's part of the culture. Yes, it stinks to move, but really, it's not that bad.
They are just not being flexible for the best interest of the kids and the programs. This is pretty detrimental. Is there someone in charge to make the decision?

For the most part, I try to be flexible and accomodating within reason. Making waves when someone else is paying for my time only frustrates me and can potentially make me look bad.

I hear ya. I try to be accommodating, especially when it moves a project along. But its within reason. In a professional environment you can't be stubborn, it'll hold things up - but many people still are.
