My story is this. I just started WW this week. I also started biking 2 miles a day with my FH. I went from eating whatever whenever, with no excerise to this.

My dilema is now I have my period. I am on the pill and can predict typically when it is coming. But now, it is hear and I do not like it.

Could the excerise and dieting be a cause or should I just give in and get a check-up 5 months earlier.Chat Icon
