Ever feel guilty....
Going on interviews or applying for a new job, while still at your current job?
How do I shake the guilt? Im sending out my resume to a few companies and everytime I do, I have this overwhelming feeling of guilt- so strange!!!!!!!!!

First time I did that, yes I felt a little guilty - but now, not at all. Just remember - everyone needs to look out for themself and regardless of your industry/profession - everyone knows that - and so if it means you need a new job and you need to leave your current position then so be it - you need to be happy and there is nothing wrong with pursuing that.
Good luck and try not to let the guilt get in the way of finding a wonderful new opportunity!

So funny- Here I am 3 months later in a new job that I hate.
Goes to prove that I should have really trusted my instincts.

Very normal to feel this way. It kind of feels like cheating in a relationship. Unfortunately it's necessary to move ahead in your career sometimes. Whatever you do, keep your job hunting private. You don't want news of your searches getting around.
