How long does garlic last?
I bought some fresh garlic and only used two cloves. I don't cook with it that often and was wondering how long until it goes bad? Would it make a difference if I sealed it with my food saver??

I keep my garlic on the counter in one of those garlic keepers. It stays for a good amount of time but it depends on the weather also. in the summer, it seems to go bad faster.
