I used to babysit/nanny for a family, and the mom swore by and sold Herbalife. Apparently she was quite heavy and lost the weight with Herbalife. They also have soap and bath products and she gave me some once for my birthday. They are quite nice.
As for using it myself, I never have.

I know people who have used it they did lose weight on it and they gained it back once they stoped.

it is very expensive and not as good as it use to be since it no longer has the ephedra in it.
I lost weigth on it and so did my SIL, but we both agree that it is not the same anymore.I use to sell it too!

it is very expensive to maintain it. i quickly gave it up. they want you to drink 2 shakes a day so of course you lose a lot of weight.
