Im out of here on Friday
Ive been at this job a month. Do I really have to give a 2 week notice???
No bridges burned here. Im definately never coming back to this place.

Personally I think it depends on your industry. I dont know where you work but I know in my area (competitive advertising research  ) its a "small world". and people cross paths all the time. So as long as your are okay on that end, good luck to you!

I just want to throw this out there based on your other post- but if you quit- will you guys not have health insurace? since you never got on the plan- I don't think you will cobra

IMO being that you've been there for less than a month, i think when you give notice they probably will tell you you dont have to do the full 2 weeks. probably a week if even that.

If you don't plan to use them as a reference, then no. I once gave only a week I believe.

I would still give notice - you never know when you may cross paths again. and since you've been there so short, they may not even take your notice but at least you'll have done the right thing.
i contemplated not giving notice to my last job - i was there for 2 months (they were my first offer after getting let go somewhere and now I'm at my first choice place) but I did and they took it. It ended up working out well - they offered me some freelance work. But my boss was awesome and I'm glad I have her in my corner. I realize that you may not feel that wayt hough.
