Acne.....
Anybody get acne from being pregnant?
Im 6 weeks pg, and my face has broken out so bad that I dont know what to use, and what is safe??

Me, I dont my skin broke out as much when I was going through puberity. I use Dr. Jeanette Graff's products and they seem to be working but i do still get breakouts at lease 3/4 a week of new ones on top of what I have already. I just use my makeup and it covers it up. I would try maybe Cetaphil or Phisoderm because those are mild cleanser.

I broke out really bad in the first trimester, and i used biore face cleansers. but since the 2nd trimester, my skin cleared up so much and now i have to say it is really looking awesome!!! They say that usually your face clears up with pregnancy towards the end. Mine def did... hope yours does too!!! Good luck..

yes yes! i have it on my chest shoulders and back and a little on my face. i never had it before pregnancy but i heard its common.

its common if your having a girl i had it on my chest, back sholders and face really bad. worse that puberty .dont remember chest back and sholders when i was 13. i am having a girl too. it went away in the middle of the 2nd trimester and i get a pimple here and there i use cepatrol sp?? it smells like hairspray but seems to clean the poors real well. i wouldnt use oxy or any thing with benzyl peroxide as it can get into your pores and affect the baby.

interesting maybe i'm having a girl that would be great 
ets: i dont use anything for it either especially since its almost winter and i can hide it with clothes. i dont want to take a chance hurting the baby

Doc told me benzoyl peroxide is safe. She said not to use any Retin A's or salicylic acids.

I haven't used much b/c it wasn't that bad, but my girlfriend bought ProActive System and it has been working great, I heard Benzoyl Peroxide is ok to use too.
