more weightwatchers qs
please explain the activity points to me. i was unable to stay for my first meeting and although i plan on going tomorrow, i am curious as to what they mean.

you can deposit the activity points in your tracker and you can eat them. on the back of your points finder is the points booster. you use the slider to find the amount of points you get back based on the intensity of your work out, the amount of time you worked out and your weight.
this will all be explained to you at your week 3 meeting when you'll get the booklet.

is there a list of 0 point foods somewhere? i cant seem to find it online or in my books?

in the back of your week 1 booklet there is a list of 1-2 point foods.
i dont have e-tools, so I dont have access to the online list on the ww website.
but i can tell you that green beans have 0 points and so does 2 tablespoons of coolwhip free!
