OPK question
I am currently on CD2 of AF which stays around until CD7.
When should I start the OPK? The first day of my last AF was 07/03 and she arrived again on 08/01...spotting began on 07/31 but I don't believe that counts as CD1.
Can anyone please help me with this?
TIA!

Re: OPK question
8/1 is CD1 for you (spotting doesn't count, only the first day of red flow). It looks like you are on a 28 day cycle so I think you start your OPK on CD 11 and keep testing every day until you get a positive! Good luck.

Re: OPK question
I agree- start CD 11 and test at the same time every day.

Re: OPK question
One more question...
What time of the day is the best time to take the test?

Between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, the ideal time is at 2:00 pm. Do not test with FMU.
