signs for o

i am the worst at knowing what every little feeling i have stands for.....can someone tell me exactly what i should be feeling to know when i'm ovulating? and, since i haven't started charting or any of that yet (i decided to go with mother nature and see if that works for a while), and my cycles are pretty much on target (except for of course last month when i was 8 days late and sooo excited), then what should i be looking to feel to know its the right time? i got AF last monday and it ended completely on Sat.....any thoughts? i figured someone may know, since i am CLUELESS.
TIA!!!!
good luck to all of you!!!!

Re: signs for o

Some people do not feel anything but you can look for changes in cervical mucus and such if you are going the old fashioned way!!

Re: signs for o

It's my opinion, that you shouldn't base your ovulation date on a calendar or a 'pain'. However, O pains feel similiar to AF pains, however not everyone feels them or ones who do don't feel it every cycle.

Cervical mucus can be an indicator however, that doesn't always work out either. Cervical position, when it's high, soft and open, is a fertile period.

It's hard in the begining to see, feel your o signs...but once you become intune with your body...you'll notice every little sign there is!

Re: signs for o

Go to the drugstore and buy either ovulation predictor sticks or an ovulation scope. Its a tiny microscope that shows patterns in your saliva when you are ovulating. At first you'll be like "what the hell am I looking at" but when it shows you the pattern that looks like ferns you will definitely see it
