it really depends on what you have to lose... some days I will look in the mirror and see the same thing-- other times I think I look thinner.
Probably starting at the 4 or 5 lb mark is when I felt a SLIGHT difference though.

Jen, I just saw you 2 weeks ago, I think if you lose 10lbs you will be too thin, you look great girlfriend But I understand, I say I want to lose 25 lbs and people look at me like I'm nuts (I guess I hide it well), but only I know what weight I feel my best at, so you go girl!!!!

I am now down 12 lbs and I first started feeling and looking different after I dropped 5 pounds.
