The market stinks
Just wanted to vent, we are now selling our townhouse for $11k less than we paid, and we put $70k into it...so we are losing $81k if someone offers what its listed at...we have to get an offer and close by september 25 because thats when our new place will be ready

so sorry. is there anyway you can rent it until the market gets better? we were considering this- we would have had to take a loss every month but we were hoping the gain would be greater once we did sell it.
