interview tomorrow

so there were four candidates for the position so i have 1 in 4 chance YEAH... although it has been almost a week since the interview and they have not made a decision (i called the school) so i'm sitting and waiting either for the rejection letter or a phone call. just want to know if i made it through or not the suspense is killing me....

If it makes you feel any better......
My 1st round screening was June 28th, I waited 3 weeks to get the call for a 2nd interview. There were 4 rounds of interviews (not the norm) and was hired on Aug 9th. (6 weeks after the initial round). Don't give up....you may hear from them any day now!!!

thanks that does make me feel better....although since I do not have any patience I spoke w/ someone from HR at the school and they said I should hear something in about a week or so... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN????

alright so it has been almost 2 weeks since the interview and I have heard nothing. I know no news is good news but I just want to know whether or not I got the job or not.. So it's Monday and I don't know if I should call again to see if they hired someone, since last week they said I would hear in a week or so... what should I do?

I called and they still haven't made a decision. Human Resources said a decision should be made by the end of the month and that the principal needs to make a decision. The position is a leave replacement so I don't know if you have to meet with the superintendent. So I guess I have to wait until next week... UGH!!!! There is still hope...

It's Bethpage.. if ur school is still hiring and doing interviews please let me know, I so want to get into a public school, I will travel anywhere.
