How would you wear this come colder weather?
Once the weather is cold enough for long sleeves, how would you make this wearable?

yes-with a jacket...i wouldnt wear anything under it. This is one of those transitional tops where you can only wear for a very short time-when it gets a bit cooler out-but not too cold-UNLESS youre wearing it w/a jacket!

My office is sooo hot in the winter, so I'd wear it with either nothing under it in the fall into winter.. or a button down under it... I personally don't like blazers..

I would definitely wear a long-sleeve, thin and fitted t.
ETA: The key is for the shirt underneath to cling to your arms. If it is baggy, it won't look right.

I wouldn't wear anything under it either - I would if the neck was a crew and not a mock turtleneck.
I would pair it with a blazer.
