Finally went back to the gym
I exercised yesterday for the first time in a month and a half. It felt good but I am sore today. I get so mad at myself for falling off the wagon.
Anyone have any tips for motivation?

Good job for going back! I'm going back today too.
Are you going on any trips soon? Maybe your motivation could be to buy some new outfits for your trip? I'm going to Tucson in Nov and this is my motivation.

We just came back from Disney last week. No big trips in the near future.
You would think that feeling self conscious would be enough motivation.

Yeah!! Me too!! (except my hiatus was more like a year and a half).
I went 2x last week and 2x this week (my goal is for 3x). I have worked out sporadically since DD was born (16 months ago), but now I am committed to going 3x a week every week!!
The motivation I use is how good I feel when I am done, and how good I will look once I get back into this regularly!

Oh, it's not...for an entire YEAR I've felt self conscious in my clothes. I lost maybe 6 lbs, but I have 30 more to go. The 6 came off in a few months and I've been stuck for about 10. So I gotta get off my @ss and work out! And eat healthy...eating out is my downfall.
