Could Use Some Advice From Our Resident Gym Experts!
My new development has an amazing gym and I went tonight for the first time. I haven't worked out in a gym for (gulp) 11 months I did cardio and went around to a lot of the machines - but can anyone help me on setting up a program or direct me to any websites that could help me do this?
Much thanks!!!

Back in the day when I would work out regularly, I woudl do 35 minutes cardio on the eliptical and then weights.
You can either do your whole body at once, or alternate- arms and legs on each visit (depending how often you go).
Keep in mind after 3 months your body gets used to a routine, so you may need to mix it up after a while.
Honestly, the best thing to do is run. If you can do that, then go for it.
