Re: Marinade for Pork Chops

When I'm in a rush, I use Ken's Greek salad dressing and serve them with a side of Tzstaki (sp) sauce. I also sometimes marinate them in Peter Lugar sauce.

BBQ PORK CHOPS (Men's Health Magazine)

Re: Marinade for Pork Chops

I like Mikee Chinese Marinades. You can get then in the ethnic aisle of any supermarket (I know for sure that Stop&Shop has them).

The Rib Sauce is red and they come out tasting like Chinese spareribs.

The Chinese Marinade with Garlic is more teriyaki tasting.

Both very good.
