Weight Watchers Questions

Most cereals are 2 points for 1 cup. Does this include the milk that I use??

I earned 6 activity points yesterday. I use WW online. It added the points I used and said "6 activity points swapped", but my total number used for the day was still the same. How does the swap work??

Re: Weight Watchers Questions

the cereal is usually without the milk. 1/2 a cup of fat free milk is 1 point. for all the points you use over your daily amount, it will sway out your activity points first, then it will use your 35 points. so for example you have 20 points for the day, you have 6 activity points. you ate 26 points in total for the day. it will take the 6 extra you ate out of activity and then if you ate 1 more point and had no more activity then it would go into your 35 weekly points.

ahh...thanks so much! very helpful. I'm kind of bummed the 2 points doesn't include the milk...I'm working with 19 daily points so every little point counts! thanks for explaining the activity points...I get it now :)

Re: Weight Watchers Questions

i thought the lowest amount of points you can eat a day is 20? maybe that was the old method.

i really don't eat cereal. i try to find other ways to fill up on food and cereal doesn't cut it.

Re: Weight Watchers Questions

I eat special k protein plus and it's 1 pt for 3/4 of a cup. You can have up to 2/3 of a cup of milk and it's 1 pt so that's only 2!

I also make egg sandwhiches with stop and shop light bagels (1 pt each). I toast those and then throw on two egg whites (.5 pt) and 1 slice of 2% american cheese (1 pt) and that only comes to 2.5 pts.

You can also add a fruit for 1 pt and that should be pretty filling. Good luck!
