Answer OPK
Ok...so today was the first day I tried using the 20 day OPK test strips. I followed the directions:
pee in the cup take out test stick put the green end in cup Hoold for 10 secs lay the stick flat for 8-10mins
I did this exactly and there was no lines. NOthing, not even the line telling you its working. What the heck? Did I do something wrong? Should I test again tonight?
I just don't feel like I'm ever going to O. I keep BD just in case the test is wrong but I'm getting tired

Re: Answer OPK
I am sorry :( Never did the test strips only the sticks- just wanted you to know that we all feel your pain, this process has its ups and downs.
Good luck finding your days, if it happens again CVS has the Answer OPkits ( sticks) for 2.00 if you use your CVS reward card thing.

Re: Answer OPK
I use these each cycle. They are pretty sensitive.
Two things I found that helped:
Make sure the stick is dipped in the urine so that it hits the middle of the green test area. Not over or under it AT ALL!
Also, make sure that you see a purple-ish line of wetness going up the test area (the area above the green) before you pull the strip out of the urine. I find it takes a full 12 seconds to register my urine on the strip. Pulling out after 10 seconds without seeing the purple line gets me no lines at all!!
Good luck and baby dust!!

Re: Answer OPK
sorta. I'm getting a very faint test line. I can barley see it and no O line yet :( I just keep BD because I don't want to miss it in case the test is wrong
