Thai food...what are some healthy dishes?
My friend and I are going out for Thai this weekend, and I've done so well on my diet this week that I don't want to ruin my progress. I LOVE pad thai, but I know it's not very good for me. So what are some healthier options? Thanks!

honestly-- you are better off getting something steamed. All that type of food is LOADED with calories and fat... like, it's your total allotment for the day.
Maybe split an appetizer of something a little more indulgent, but get a steamed entree.

actually- i think pad thai is only 7 ponts for a cup.
This week we went for THai and I got pan seared shrimps and scallops in a curry sauce- there was a tiny bit of avocado and lots of veggies. It actually came with brown rice.
That was on Wed- and I weighed in today- down 6 lbs!

Start with a broth-based soup, not one made with coconut milk.
Go light on any dishes made with coconut milk. Coconut milk is loaded with saturated fat -- 45 grams in 1 cup.
Choose dishes that have been stir-fried, grilled, or steamed.
Here's a good way to get your soy: steamed or baked tofu (make sure it's not fried) and vegetables.
