Can anyone clarify? I am totally new to this.....
According to my fertility friend.com calendar, tomorrow, Sunday and Monday are my forecasted fertile days. Tuesday is my forecasted ovulation date. So my question is, do DH and I BD today and everyday until say Wednesday? What days would be our best chances?
I know it's more complicated than this but we are just starting and agreed not to get too crazy about the complexities right away.
Can anyone lend any advice?

I'd make sure to do it Sunday, Monday and Tuesday at the minimum. Good luck!

So not tomorrow? Just start Sunday? What is the difference between fertile days and ovulation days? I guess it would be good to do it for all the possible days to cover all the bases?

Sperm can live in your body for up to 5 days...that's why they say to BD before you ovulate so that those sperm in you can have a chance to fertilize. Your egg is viable for up to 24 hours after ovulation. So I'd BD at least one day after projected ovulation because if its not fertilized yet you can still catch it.

Fertile days contain the CM that can help the sperm along. I would do it sunday monday and tuesday. That way if you O early you don't miss it. If you O a day late the sperm inside you should do the job.

I would BD every other day but don't stop at Wednesday. Stop a day or two after you see a thermal shift. HTH!

Thanks ladies! We are trying to do this just by monitoring this chart at first, as opposed to temping and such which we will try next month if we need to.
We already BD this morning  and plan on doing it Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
