Okay here is my update

I am cautiously optimistic.
I woke up this morning after two faint lines and a negative digital last night. I took another (non-digital) this morning. It was negative. So I started to freak.

I went to CVS and got two types of tests. One with a blue plus sign and another digital.

On the blue on a faint line came up agian. It is there. You don't have to squint or bend over to see it.. but it is very faint.

But the digital still came up negative.

I REALLY think I am PG but I have no explanation for the mixed tests. I hope I am not having a chemical. Maybe I just ovulated or implanted a few days later and I am not really 15DPO. Maybe the HCG is still really small. I don't know.

But Out of 6 tests 3 came up postive (faint but still positive). So I think I have to go with the postives... What do you think.. Do you think it could be a chemical?

Some tests require more HCG before they turn +. If I were you, I would go get a Frist Response Early Result- apparently they detect VERY low levels of HCG. I think you're probably early still (maybe you did get your O date wrong). Unfortunately you will only know it's a chemcial if AF shows up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that this is the real deal!!

The first 3 times yesterday? The ones that were + ? Because if thats the case, then that explains why the other ones are still coming back neg!!

OK gottcha!! Some people actually get better results in the afternoon, even with HPT's so maybe thats why the first response came up - this am. I would hold your urine for a few hours this afternoon and test again with another first response. With 3 + tests I would say you are on your way to a nice BFP, congrats!!

My guess would be you ovulated later than you thought and are testing early. I know its hard to wait, but with each day that passes the tests should get darker. I know when I got my first BFP I could barely see the line and 3 days later the line was darker than the control! nSo just give it time. If you keep getting mixed results call your doctor and ask for a blood test.

Ok, so I can see what you are saying. I would think in terms, you are definately going to get the bold BFP in a few days. Your O day might have been off which is causing some of the results to state negative. At the same time, since the lines are light, I would think you are earlier then you think! I would keep taking the FRER tests & go with the results on there. If it is even possible for you at this point, I would wait it out til Monday & test again. That will give the HCG level time to build up!

Thanks Kristen, I'm not going to believe the BFP until I test again on Monday. I am just really afraid that I'm having a chemical. I'm having stabbing pains in my lower abdomen.

My focus has totally switched from PG to other things. My grandpa died suddenly today and my whole world is upside down now.

That pain went away around 3pm today and only a little tenderness is left. I am also starting to freak my self out eptopics now because it was a sharp pain on one side of my lower abdomen. Maybe it was gas... I don't know..I am so upset right now that my whole body hurts. I guess I might test again on Monday. I just don't see the point. I can't get excited about it now.. I am just so sad.

I'm so sorry about your grandfather. My prayers go out for you and your family. I'm sure that being excited and happy for anything is hard right now. Take everything one day at a time.
