Does anyone use the showers at the gym?

I am trying to fit the gym into my schedule on Monday and Thursday mornings before I go to work on those 2 days. My gym doesnt let me bring DS yet b/c he is too young. On those 2 days, either DH or my mom watches DS. But I have to be at work by 9:30 and wouldnt have time to come home and shower and thought about showering quick at the gym and than going to work. I'm really not crazy about the idea. I have never used the showers at any gym before but I guess it cant be any different than when I was in college. Plus, I dont need to get dressed up for work. It is extremely casual, jeans and t-shirt kind of place.

I do. I take a classes at lunchtime so I take a shower before I head back to work.

It was weird at first but, I've been taking these lunchtime classes for 2 years now (with some breaks) I've gotten used to it.

Just make sure you pack flip flops in your gym bag.

me too. it's fine. I even get undressed in the shower stall.

flips flops are good. my gym provides soap, conditioner, and shampoo too, so it's small load off my back.

I don't but I also go after work and then go home and shower

I have way too many products. I would be there for hours!
