Sheetrock
how much do you think it would cost to sheetrock a 12x13 room for a cape 
ETA: Its having someone do it.

Are you asking the cost to have someone come in and do it, or to DIY?
Average sheetrock is 4'x8'. 12'x13' room = 50 linear feet of walls.
50/4 = 12.5 sheets
Add some extra for "learning".... 
14 sheets @ $9 = $126 for materials
Add more $ for tools (tape, knives, sanding equipment, etc)
In the neighborhood of $200 to DIY

by yourself or someone else? I just had my bathroom and bedroom - bedroom is about 11 x 17 and bathroom is small - the total for it all is $900 - he bought the sheetrock/tape/spackle, everything and did it.
I'm not not good at it and neither is DH.

12x13 room plus the ceiling? The average price is around 10-14 dollars a sheet to hang and 15 dollars a board to finish it(spakle).
